Go Virtual wishes You a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

As the Holiday Season is upon us, we would like to take the opportunity to thank you for your collaboration and business and wish you the very best for the New Year.

2012 was an exciting year for Go Virtual having shipped and installed 19 new HPC Systems, totaling to 2.699 servers or 41.968 cores, providing customers with 857 TFLOPS of new compute capacity. Three of these systems entered Top500 in November 2012: NSC on rank 82, Volvo Car Group on rank 215, and Karlsruher Institut für Technologie (KIT) on rank 436. (www.top500.org).

We have also during the year broadened the HPC Product Portfolio by adding the HPC portal Enginframe and the 3D remote visualization software Desktop Cloud Visualization (DCV) from NICE Software. With these tools in our portfolio we can now offer a complete HPC solution based on market leading products to our customers. From the software side, we are looking forward to 2013. There are some new major releases coming, both from PointWise and FieldView. In January you have to look out for our new “starter packet” containing CFD++ 1 serial and 31 parallel licenses with 20% of list price incl. hardware, training, startup consulting, you don’t want to miss this!
